To submit your retail & leisure requirements, please send the information to us in a format of your choice. Please return the details or completed forms to retail@egi.co.uk

DETAILS TO INCLUDE

 

Please include the following details when submitting requirements:

·         Fascia name of the retailer or leisure company.

·         Target locations: Towns, districts or schemes.

·         Unit sizes – to include minimum and maximum unit sizes.

·         Type of location – Edge of Town, In Town, Out of Town, Shopping Centre.

·         Pitch – Primary, Good Secondary, Secondary.

·         Usage Type – A1, A2, A3, A4 and D2.

·         Tenure – leasehold, freehold.

·         Name and contact details of retained agent(s) and the retailer contacts where available.

 

In order for the requirement to be published on the EGi website, contact details of agents or retail contacts, and sizes of units are required as the minimum amount of information.
