Degi prepares for third City sale

German fund Degi is preparing to bring 75 King William Street, EC4, to market through King Sturge for around £61m – a 7.25% yield.

 

It is the third property to be put up for sale by the fund recently.

 

It is also selling 27/30 Finsbury Square, EC2, and 100 New Bridge Street, EC4.
