SEPUT buys Ipswich park

The Schroder Exempt Property Unit Trust has bought Interchange retail park in Ipswich from Scottish Widows Investment Partnership for £13.2m – a 6.75% yield.

 

The retail park comprises 61,000 sq ft and produces rental income of £944,150 pa.
