Credit Suisse has completed its purchase of Aviva’s Earl Place at 15 Appold Street, EC2, for £48.2m – a yield of 7.5%.

The 95,000 sq ft building, which went under offer last month, is the larger of the two City buildings from the Project Ed portfolio.

Savills advised Credit Suisse; DTZ acted for Aviva.
