VIDEO: Leeds-based development company Citu has won top honours at this year’s Property Marketing Awards, with their bakery-inspired marketing suite.
“Winning the headline award was a complete surprise,” said Citu’s sales and marketing director, Aisling Ramshaw.
“We do like to challenge convention, so we did think our entry had a good chance. In the same way our buildings challenge convention, our marketing campaign needs to be a bit different and I think the judges felt that.”

The 2014 Property Marketing Awards were held at BAFTA, on Piccadilly, W1, on the evening of 26th June.
The awards, run by the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors in partnership with Estates Gazette, were hosted by TV presenter Katie Derham.
