Aberdeen Asset Management and Endurance Land have today launched the Cursitor, a new Midtown office building which aims to attract both legal and creative occupiers.
The building at 38 Chancery Lane, WC2, comprises 65,952 sq ft of offices over eight levels has an emphasis on offering natural light and roof terraces on the upper floors with views over London.
Farebrother and Cushman & Wakefield are joint letting agents on the scheme.
