BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed two new directors to its UK investment team.
The agent has appointed Paul Abrey as an executive director. He joins from Chesterton Humberts, where he was head of the commercial division.
Prior to Chesterton, Abrey spent 20 years at DTZ.
James Russell joins BNP PRE as a director from Accrue Capital, the investment firm that the agent’s newly installed chief executive John Slade ran.
Abrey will work directly with Slade to increase the agent’s investment offer to clients.
Slade said: “Paul Abrey and James Russell bring significant capital markets experience. They will initially focus on our offer to UK national and London investor clients but will also increasingly facilitate cross-border deals for our significant international client base. We will continue to make further senior appointments in the coming months in line with our strategy of boosting our transactional business.”
