Bromwich Hardy acts on biggest deal of the week in West Midlands

Bromwich Hardy makes the headlines again by acting on the biggest industrial deal of the week in the West Midlands area.

The agent let 64,725 sq ft of warehouse space at units C and D on Bayton Road Industrial Estate in Coventry, bringing the total amount of industrial space it has acted on to 504,777 sq ft so far this year.

Bromwich Hardy is currently second place in EG’s leaderboard for the most active agents in the industrial sector in the West Midlands. CBRE takes the top spot, having transacted 884,003 sq ft. The top five is rounded out by Colliers International, which has acted on 392,732 sq ft, John Truslove, on 228,000 sq ft, and BNP Paribas Real Estate, on 208,258 sq ft.
