Introduction
1. There are two appeals before the Tribunal, namely an appeal by the Appellant and an appeal by the Respondent, the two appeals having been consolidated. The appeals are brought from the decision of the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal for the London Rent Assessment Panel (the LVT) dated 23 March 2007 and addendum thereto dated 8 May 2007 whereby the LVT decided various issues upon an application made to it by the Appellant under section 24 of the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993.
