Adam McMillan joins CBRE

CBRE has appointed investment, development and funding expert Adam McMillan as its senior director in its national team based in London.

McMillan is joining the company from Cushman & Wakefield where he was an international partner in its UK business space investment team.

During his 19-year career in investment agency, development structuring and funding at Cushman & Wakefield, McMillan has transacted some of the most high-profile big-box distribution deals in the UK on behalf of clients including corporate occupiers, commercial developers, REITs and private and institutional investors.

He has advised and represented occupier clients including GE, Unilever, JD Sports, JP Boden, Newcastle University, Poundland, John Lewis Partnership, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, Marks & Spencer, EE and Ericsson, transacting more than £460m of structured deals.
