AEW has agreed to acquire a logistics development site near Wakefield, Yorkshire, from Caddick Group. The scheme has a gross development value of £50m. Yorkshire-based Caddick Group’s construction arm will build the 512,000 sq ft scheme, known as Wakefield 515, for AEW, which will sit opposite a previous Caddick development that is now home to TJX Europe, parent company of TK Maxx.
