Brookgate and Aviva Investors have let the final 15,000sq ft remaining at 50/60 Station Road in Cambridge.
Developer of the scheme Brookgate, and Aviva Investors which funded the asset, agreed deals with three companies: private wealth manager Brewin Dolphin (which took 5,900sq ft); genome research specialist Genomics (which will occupy 4,200sq ft); and investment manager Cantab Asset Management (which has let 4,700 sq ft). The new tenants will join Amazon, Samsung and law firm Eversheds Sutherlands in the nine-storey, 156,000sq ft Grade A office building.
In May, WeWork also signed for three floors of the building having entered into
