Barratt London, L&Q and TfL have been given the green light to deliver 350 homes in Waltham Forest, north east London.
The Blackhorse Point scheme will see 50% of the homes delivered at social rent levels or for shared ownership.
It will provide a mixture of studio, one, two and three-bedroom flats across six buildings of between five and 21 storeys. Plans include 17,000 sq ft of retail and commercial space incorporating a co-working hub and creative workspaces.
The development was designed by RMA Architects. It will be built on a 1.8-acre site on Blackhorse Road,
