BDO Stoy Hayward has finally put pen to paper on Southampton’s biggest office letting this year.
The accountant has taken F&C’s 20,700 sq ft Arcadia House, Ocean Village at Southampton Marina, paying £19.50 per sq ft on a 15-year lease with six months rent-free.
