BE Offices mulls equity raise

Serviced offices group BE Offices is considering raising fresh equity as competition in the co-working sector heats up. It has hired Rothschild for advice on a range of financing options that could also include a sale. The company was founded in 1994 by David Saul and Simon Rusk. BE Offices offers flexible leases such as desks for rent on a monthly basis. Its brands include Headspace, purchased in 2017 to provide access to the media and fintech co-working market, and Bespoke, acquired the same year to target large corporate occupiers seeking curated space. The move comes as
