Birmingham plans 6,000 homes for Ladywood

Birmingham City Council is ramping up plans to deliver 6,000 homes at its largest-ever residential development in the city at Ladywood. The council launched a hunt for a development partner earlier this year. It has now whittled the contenders down to a shortlist of four and appointed Avison Young to help it select a partner.
