British Land and joint venture partner GIC have submitted a planning application to redevelop 1-2 Broadgate, EC2.
It is part of their £1.5bn investment plan for the 32-acre Broadgate campus, where around 1m sq ft costing circa £600m is under development.
This includes the refurbishment of 1 Finsbury Avenue and 135 Bishopsgate, both of which are due to complete next year, and the redevelopment of 100 Liverpool Street, which is expected to complete in early 2020.
The jv also has planning consent for a 563,000 sq ft redevelopment at 2&3 Finsbury Avenue.
