New York based-Blackhouse has unveiled three new internationally designed projects totalling $200m (£131m) in the Big Apple.
The flagship project (pictured), called Soori High Line, in Manhattan’s West Chelsea neighbourhood is designed by Singapore-based SCDA Architects.
It features 27 ultra luxury flats, a pool, a Japanese restaurant and views of the ?Hudson River.
