Cadbury Schweppes Pension Fund has put up for sale a 2.3-acre site next to Brent Cross Cricklewood that could deliver a £130m residential development.
CBRE has worked up an indicative scheme for 317 Cricklewood Broadway, NW2, for Cadbury which would include 273 flats and 26,932 sq ft of shops. It is seeking offers in excess of £13.9m.
A 34,211 sq ft retail warehouse let to Matalan currently occupies the site. It is let for another four years at £21.66 per sq ft and the price for the site reflects a 5% initial yield on the existing income.
