Harworth Group has completed a 40,400 sq ft letting to Calibre Scientific at R-evolution 4 on the Advanced Manufacturing Park in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.
The global life sciences and diagnostics company has signed a 10-year lease for Units 11A and 11B, which will be used to provide products to support the global life science industry.
Calibre Scientific already occupies more than 10,000 sq ft at the AMP. The park is also home to Boeing, Rolls-Royce and the UK Atomic Energy Authority.
Completed four months ago, R-evolution 4 offers 83,000 sq ft of flexible business space and is certified BREEAM Very Good and EPC A. Harworth has now leased more than 50% of the space, with 37,500 sq ft remaining available for occupation, across units 8A, 8B and 9.
