Manchester-based property developer Capital & Centric has won planning permission to build a £15m supermarket and manufacturing facility in Barnoldswick, Lancashire.
Pendle council has approved plans for a 36,000 sq ft food store and a 37,700 sq ft manufacturing facility, which will be occupied by joint venture partner Albert Hartley Home Textiles.
The scheme also has 223 car parking spaces and public space linking to adjacent Victory Park.
Capital & Centric expects to start on site next spring.
