Carter Jonas has agreed to lease 12,000 sq ft on the eighth floor at Two Snowhill in Birmingham, having occupied flexible serviced office space at the building since 2016.
The move establishes a more permanent base for the business in the region, Carter Jonas said.
Christian Green, partner at Carter Jonas Birmingham, said: “This new office is the culmination of four years’ hard work and investment by our business.
“We opened in Birmingham with just 12 people, but it was a catalyst moment from which we have developed into an established and sustainable hub office, providing a full-service consultancy working across all property sectors with more than 80 people in our team. Collectively, we have worked to capitalise on the wealth of opportunities in what is the UK’s second-largest city.”
