Ian McDermott will become chief executive of Catalyst Housing when Rod Cahill retires at the end of 2018.
McDermott joins from Aldwyck Housing Group, where he has been chief executive officer since October 2016. Before joining Aldwyck he was chief operating officer at Sanctuary Group for five years.
