CBRE has appointed Colin Thomasson from investment firm Ashall Property to head its North West capital markets team.
Prior to working for Ashall Property, Thomasson headed DTZ’s investment team in Manchester for 15 years. He was subsequently appointed as chief operating officer for the firm’s New York office.
Thomasson said: “The economy is in a difficult place at the moment. However, CBRE continuously defies the state of the market and achieves success.”
John Ogden, managing director of CBRE Manchester, commented: “Colin is a key player in the industry and has a vast amount of knowledge of the sector in the North West and on an international scale.”
