CBRE is buying a majority interest in Israeli facilities management provider the Ramot Group. Founded by Shlomo Margolin in 1993, the Tel Aviv-based company employs more than 750 people. CBRE said it will operate as part of it’s global workplace solutions business in Israel and will add a suite of integrated facilities management and specialist technical capabilities. The deal follows CBRE’s purchase of its affiliate partner in Israel, MAN Properties, in April 2018.
