CLS Holdings announced this morning it has sold Coombe Hill House, New Malden and Colne House, Watford to Kevin McCabe’s Scarborough Property Group for £12.3m
The quoted property company said the sale price represented a net profit of £700,000.
Coombe Hill House is a 38,000 sq ft (3,530 sq m) office building let to Interval International at £673,000 pa, while Colne House provides 24,747 sq ft (2,299 sq m) and is let to Hitachi for £670,000 pa.
