Colliers International has hired Andrew Hallissey from CBRE in London and created a new role for him.
Hallissey will join as executive managing director of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) occupier services, a position which previously did not exist at the firm.
He will be responsible for strategy, client service delivery and spearheading the growth of the company’s occupier business in the region.
