JLL and Vail Williams have been appointed to provide leasing support for The Commercial Park Group’s 2m sq ft office development portfolio.
JLL is to be the leasing agent across the portfolio from developer John Baker and contractor Sir Robert McAlpine, which includes new office parks at Gatwick, Bromley and Haywards Heath.
Vail Williams has been appointed to work alongside JLL on Gatwick Park in Crawley, which is the most advanced of the projects, with planning permission for two buildings providing a combined 170,000 sq ft of new office space.
