
Court Collaboration has submitted detailed plans for a build-to-rent scheme at Birmingham’s New Garden Square.
The plans propose 392 build-to-rent apartments for a £90m GDV development in Edgbaston.
EG revealed that Court Collaboration was to acquire the scheme from Calthorpe Estates and U+I for £11m in May. The Birmingham-based developer is in talks with Long Harbour to forward-fund the scheme to add to its Way of Life portfolio.
