The former chief executive of Crest Nicholson, Stephen Stone has joined Keepmoat Homes as non-executive chairman.
Stone spent 20 years on the Crest Nicholson board and almost 13 years as chief executive, during which time he oversaw the housebuilder’s IPO.
He is also non-executive director of the National Housebuilding Council, the Home Builders Federation and Orbit Group.
Stone said: “Keepmoat Homes has a differentiated and resilient model, with a strong network of partnerships and a pipeline of opportunities that provide it with a compelling growth outlook.”
Keepmoat Homes claims to be the UK’s largest partnership homebuilder. In the year ended 31 October 2019 it delivered 4,000 new home completions.
