Mangement consultancy giant McKinsey will have to pay £2.2m to its landlord after losing a long-running lawsuit.
The High Court ruled against McKinsey on Thursday in a case brought by its former landlord, Criterion Buildings Ltd.
Criterion claimed McKinsey had failed to pay service charges under its lease for One Jermyn Street, where the consultancy was based before moving in 2019.
McKinsey, which is now based in the Post Building in Holborn, can appeal the decision.
