Cushman & Wakefield has hired two new residential experts from Jones Lang LaSalle.
Jack Simmons will join the firm as a partner and head of residential and will be responsible for spearheading the growth of C&W’s business in London with an emphasis on residential development and investment services.
Simmons spent 11 years at JLL where he was a founding director of the residential investment and development team. JLL’s residential team continues to be led by Andrew Frost.
James Chell also joins from JLL and has a wealth of first-hand developer experience, having previously worked as development manager at Southern Housing Group.
Digby Flower, C&W’s head of London markets, said: “Residential is fundamental to the operation of mixed-use development and hence a core focus of our London markets growth strategy.”
