Cushman & Wakefield adds AY pair to retail team

Cushman & Wakefield had added two partners to its retail and leisure team. Mark Phelps joins the business as a partner in the retail and leisure team and has more than 25 years’ experience in the out-of-town retail sector. He will join from Avison Young, where he is a principal. Prior to AY, Phelps was an equity partner at out-of-town specialist Wilkinson Williams. He works with landlords and retailers and has clients including Federated Hermes, Legal & General, Currys and Hobbycraft. Also joining from Avison Young is Jack Lloyd. Lloyd is a director in AY’s investment team, focused primarily on acquisitions and disposals in the retail park and food store sector. He has more than 15 years’ experience and, like Phelps, also worked at Wilkinson Williams earlier in his career.
