Cushman & Wakefield eyes $810m IPO

Cushman & Wakefield has announced plans to raise as much as $810m (£617.5m) by floating the business on the New York Stock Exchange. The company aims to offer 45m shares for $16 to $18 apiece, according to a regulatory statement filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The company’s lead underwriters in its plan to list on the New York Stock Exchange are Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs and UBS.
