Document storage firm Restore Records Management has signed for space at Markham Vale Trade Park, Derbyshire.

The firm has agreed a long lease on a 102,515 sq ft warehouse as part of the consolidation of its properties.

Restore Records Management managing director Nigel Dews said: “The entire facility will be able to accommodate 1.4m boxes, making it one of the biggest sites in our portfolio.”
