Developer Dominvs Group has hired Galliard Homes consultant Adam Ratzker as its new commercial director, as it seeks expansion through new jvs.
Ratzker, who previously served as commercial director at Galliard Homes, is also joining the board in his new role.
He is credited with overseeing Galliard Homes’s growth after joining the firm in 2004, as well as a playing a key role in securing jvs with Aviva Investors and Apsley House Capital. He also previously worked at leisure consultancy Shelley Sandzer.
Ratzker will be responsible for overseeing Dominvs’s commercial strategy, including securing new partnerships with important stakeholders, overseeing all revenue streams, identifying new opportunities for development as funds look to repurpose retail and commercial parks nationally, and managing performance and growth.
The developer, which specialises in hotels and residential, aims to expand through new partnerships over the next 12 months.
