Downing plans co-living for First Street

Downing Developments is working up plans for a co-living scheme to replace build-to-rent proposals at Manchester’s First Street. It acquired the 624-home BTR development for £18m from Patrizia Immobilien earlier this year. Liverpool-based Downing Developments is proposing a co-living development as part of a mixed-use scheme.
