DTZI joins Collective for £650m co-living fund

A British pioneer in developing co-living schemes for millennials has joined forces with DTZ Investors to raise £650m. The Collective wants investors to commit a minimum of £10m for investment in co-living blocks of flats, in which tenants pay for a room and share facilities. The fund will acquire or fund between six and ten co-living developments in London. It will be launched today with £70m of seed capital. The Times (£)
