Investors are sitting on more than £16bn of dry powder allocated to the UK industrial and logistics sector, according to new analysis from Cushman & Wakefield. The agency has tracked around 170 industrial and logistics properties valued at around £1.5bn that are being marketed, with an average deal size of about £8m. Some £1bn is under offer.
