Instant Offices has appointed a new associate director, John Vaughan, who joins the firm from Atis Real’s city letting office.
Vaughan started his career at Atis in September 2001 and was there until he left in January this year.
He will work alongside director Sebastian Royle.
Vaughan’s appointment follows on from that of Paul Bolden who joined as director at the end of last year following eight years at Jones Lang Lasalle and five years as new business director at Regus.
Instant Offices said the appointments are the result of a growing volume of work for its Instant Offices Managed division and the expansion of its portfolio to 1m sq ft.
Director Sebastian Royle said, “John is a great addition to the team and will bring further landlords into our portfolio as well as working with the agents to help fill their surplus office space.
“Our work has created a real buzz about how we can help transform empty space into revenue through innovative thinking.”
