The owner of Franco Manca and the Real Greek has entered negotiations to acquire ten new sites.
David Page, chairman of Fulham Shore, said that the group was cashing in on lower capital costs and rent-free periods of up to 18 months to expand the brands across the country.
He estimated that the next pair of restaurant openings would cost a total of £350,000, instead of the £1.2m before the pandemic.
The first new site will open in Glasgow this summer and future sites include Real Greeks in Manchester and at the Cribbs Causeway shopping centre near Bristol and suburban locations for Franco Manca, such as Horsham, Tunbridge Wells and Basingstoke.
It is planning seven openings this year, 12 next year and 15 in 2023.
