Fabrix Capital has concluded the purchase of the Billiard Factory on Holloway Road, N7, for £10.25m. The property forms part of a campus site comprising five mixed-use buildings extending to 68,000 sq ft.
The site dates back to the 1800s and was formerly an engineering works before becoming a furniture depository and warehouse in the mid 20th century.
The site now comprises a mix of warehouse and office space as well as being home to the National Youth Theatre since 1987. Alumni include Daniel Craig, Idris Elba, Helen Mirren and Kate Winslet as well as musicians such as Ed Sheeran.
Danesborough Properties acted for the purchasers; James Andrew International acted for the vendors.
