First look inside The Economist’s new home

Bought five years ago by Blackstone, the Adelphi is a 330,000 sq ft iconic Grade II listed art deco building on the River Thames.

Following a programme of refurbishment with an eye on updating the facilities and space while being sensitive to heritage features, the building is now fully let.

We took a look at the work that has been done,  and talk to Blackstone about their strategy, and to one of the new occupiers, The Economist.
