Westend Gate in Frankfurt, one of the tallest towers in Germany, has been put up for sale for in excess of €350m.
Manhattan-based real estate investor RFR Holdings has instructed CBRE to sell the 47-storey tower in Süd, Frankfurt’s finance district.
The property comprises 180,000 sq ft of offices, a 590-bedroom Marriott hotel and 174 serviced apartments which are managed by Adagio.
RFR Holdings and its co-investor, Stenham Property, bought the skyscraper in 2012 from Aberdeen Immobilien Kapitalanlagegesellschaft.
The tower was completed in 1976 and was fully renovated in 2011 by Aberdeen.
