Fund administrator moves into Solent Business Park

Praxis has secured an occupier at Solent Business Park in Whiteley, Hampshire. Private capital fund administrator Gen II Fund Services has moved to 13,514 sq ft of workspace at Fusion 3, 1200 Parkway. According to EG Radius, the deal was signed on a 10-year term at £24.50 per sq ft. The move is expected to enable Gen II to scale its operational expertise, delivering client service through its network of offices, including those in the UK, Ireland, Europe and North America. Steven Millner, chief executive at Gen II, said: “At Gen II we are also committed to the local communities in which we operate, and are excited about the future opportunities we are creating for the talented young people, graduates and career professionals in the Southampton region.” Peter Taylor, president of Hampshire Chamber of Commerce, said: “Gen II operates in a number of jurisdictions globally, and Hampshire Chamber of Commerce looks forward to working with the team to help support new employment opportunities and build our regional economy for future generations to thrive in the Central South.” Hellier Langston and Lambert Smith Hampton are joint agents acting on behalf of the building owner, Praxis.
