Gerald Eve has hired two partners to its planning and development teams.
Julia Chowings joins from British Land as a partner in planning. She has 25 years of experience, most recently at British Land, and previously as a partner at Drivers Jonas and Deloitte.
Chowings will be based at the London and Birmingham offices and work closely with the Manchester team. She will focus on town centre repurposing, logistics projects and major regeneration areas.
Tom Dolan-Brent joins as a partner in the development team in Manchester and Leeds. He has 20 years of experience, also working at Drivers Jonas and Deloitte. At Gerald Eve, he will focus on growing the team’s government contracts work around major infrastructure and regeneration.
