Google branches out to Euston

Google has signed up to take around 140,000 sq ft in Euston Tower, at British Land’s Regent’s Place campus.

It is leasing the space at the 34-storey tower from asset manager Mapeley.

Other tenants in the building include flexible workspace provider Office Space in Town and HM Revenue & Customs.

Google occupies several buildings across London, including space at Argent’s King’s Cross development within Six Pancras Square. It is also building its UK headquarters at the 67-acre scheme.

Google and Mapeley  have been contacted for comment. British Land declined to comment.

Cushman & Wakefield and Edward Charles & Partners are the leasing agents for Euston Tower.
