GPE’s director of workplace services, David O’Sullivan, has left the company after six years.
In a post on LinkedIn to mark his departure – first announced as part of a raft of changes last year – O’Sullivan said he is now exploring new opportunities in the property management, engineering and sustainability sectors.
He said the industry faces “a series of complex yet necessary changes to the way we occupy and utilise the built environment, given our collective ambitions to be net zero carbon by 2030”, adding that “the dual commitments of customer centricity and environmental management are inextricably linked”.
O’Sullivan said he wants his next role to allow him to “continue to modernise what we do and how we do it, placing customers and their specific business needs at the forefront of our decisions”.
Prior to joining GPE as head of occupier services in 2018, he spent 19 years at Tishman Speyer where he was managing director property management for EMEA.
