Grainger has been linked to allegations of corruption over the sale of London flats.
Liquidators for property company Ventra Investments made the allegations in a High Court case against Bank of Scotland.
BoS subsidiary Lloyds is accused of selling Ventra’s properties, managed by Grainger at unduly low prices to people connected with the agents appointed to sell the properties.
