Luxembourg-based GWM Group has exchanged contracts to purchase 16-17 Connaught Place, W2, from WELPUT for £110m.
The purchase of the Marble Arch office block represents a yield of 4.7%.
The 81,859 sq ft office is let to tenants including Hunter Boot and Spencer Stuart.
GWM, backed mostly by Italian investors, financed the development of Aldgate Tower, E1, in 2013.
